Services are provided based on individual engagement agreements and scope of work documents.

2. Engagement and Fees

Service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. Fees are payable in advance or as specified in the service agreement. Pricing on this website is indicative and subject to change. We will confirm exact fees before commencing work.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
  • Respond to queries within agreed timelines
  • Ensure provided credentials are valid and current
  • Notify us immediately of any changes that may affect service delivery

Henry Corporation is not liable for errors, penalties, or missed deadlines arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your business information, financial data, or credentials to any third party except as required to deliver your services (e.g., government portals) or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Henry Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Henry Corporation's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not liable for actions taken by government authorities, marketplace platforms, or third parties beyond our control.

7. Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a service cannot be delivered due to factors within our control, we will offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client provides fraudulent information or uses our services for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
